4. Products, availability, prices and figure characteristics

• we aim to keep product descriptions, photos, prices and availability up to date;
• however, some characteristics, packaging, colors or shades may differ slightly from screen images due to display settings, lighting during photography or production characteristics;
• some figures may be produced, finished, cleaned, sanded or prepared by hand;
• figures may have minor imperfections or traces of manual finishing, including support marks, light scuffs, small surface irregularities, sanding marks, cleaning marks or other hand-finishing traces;
• these minor characteristics are not considered defects if they do not affect the product's integrity or intended use and do not contradict its description on the website;
• substantial damage, significant chips, cracks, missing advertised parts or other defects not stated in the product description are reviewed separately under the return and exchange terms and applicable law;
• product availability and the ability to fulfil an order are confirmed when the order is processed;
• we reserve the right to change the range, prices and descriptions without prior notice.

5. Placing an order

After placing an order, you receive confirmation that it has been accepted for processing. Placing an order does not automatically create a sales contract in every case: the store may need to clarify availability, delivery details, payment method or other information before final confirmation.

6. Payment, delivery, packaging and returns

We undertake to prepare, protect and pack the product properly before handing it to the delivery service. Packaging takes account of the fragility of figures and the need for safe transport.

After a properly packed parcel is handed to the selected delivery service, risks relating to damage, loss, delay or improper handling during transport are governed by that delivery service's rules.

The store is not liable for product damage caused by the postal operator or delivery service after a properly packed parcel has been handed over.

The buyer must inspect the parcel on receipt at a branch, parcel locker or during courier delivery. If the packaging or product has visible damage, the buyer should document it with a delivery service representative, complete a report or claim under that service's rules and notify us as soon as possible.

Where possible, we help the buyer with information for a compensation claim to the delivery service. The delivery service makes the compensation decision under its rules and applicable law.

7. Intellectual property

The website's text, design, logos, graphics, interface elements and other materials belong to SKUFnya or are used lawfully. Copying, distributing or using them without the rights holder's permission is prohibited unless expressly permitted by law.

8. Limitation of liability

We aim to keep the website operating continuously and correctly, but cannot guarantee that it will be entirely free of technical failures, errors or temporary unavailability.

The store is responsible for supplying the correct items, describing the product accurately and packing the order properly before handing it to the delivery service.

The store is not responsible for acts or omissions of postal operators, delivery services, couriers or other third parties, including damage, loss, delay or mishandling after the parcel is handed to the delivery service, provided that it was properly packed.

These limitations do not apply where damage or a breach of the buyer's rights results from our fault, inadequate packaging, incorrect order contents, an inaccurate product description or other circumstances expressly covered by applicable law.

The store is not liable for indirect losses arising from use of, or inability to use, the website unless otherwise required by law.

We may update these terms from time to time. A new version takes effect when published on this page. Continuing to use the website after an update means accepting the current version.
