SKUFNYA makes custom and collectible figures to order. These are individually produced models, made after the order details are agreed, rather than factory-made figures in original packaging.

After production, the model is cleaned, its parts are checked and it is prepared for packing. Some models have multiple parts and may need additional assembly or gluing.

Yes, we can discuss making a custom or original model. Before production, we need to agree on the file, size, complexity, material color, lead time and other details.

Yes, if the file is suitable for production. Before you order, we can check the model and explain any risks during production, assembly or delivery.

Yes. A render, reference photo and finished model can differ slightly. The size, material, color, level of detail and production preparation all affect the result.

Artistic painting is temporarily unavailable. Our current service includes production, cleaning, basic part checks and packing.

Yes, basic assembly or gluing can be discussed separately. Availability depends on the model, the number of parts and the complexity of the joints.

We aim for a neat finish, but complex models may retain small technical imperfections after production or assembly. If precise fitting is essential for your model, please discuss this with us before ordering.

In most cases, the model will be prepared for dispatch. Some figures may still need light manual finishing, sanding, part fitting or preparation before painting.

Payment is arranged after we agree on the order. We confirm the model, size, configuration, production time and price, then provide payment details.

Automatic online payment is not currently available. Orders are confirmed manually first to avoid mistakes with the model, size, material or lead time.

Custom orders may require an advance payment because the model is made specifically for you. Final payment terms are agreed before work begins.

The lead time depends on the size, complexity, number of parts and our current workload. We provide an estimate before you confirm the order.

Within Ukraine, we offer Nova Poshta and Ukrposhta delivery. Your delivery method is agreed when you place the order.

Figures are packed carefully, taking fragile parts into account. For complex models, some parts may be packed separately to reduce the risk of damage.

Please inspect your parcel when you receive it. If you find damage, photograph the packaging and parts and contact us. We'll review the situation and help find a solution.

Each figure is made individually after the order is placed, so a product of proper quality that matches the characteristics you selected is not subject to exchange or return. If the product is defective, damaged, incomplete or does not match your order, contact us — such requests are always reviewed. Full terms are on the returns page.
