User data deletion

1. How to submit a request

To request data deletion, please contact us through the Contacts page .

In the subject line or message, write: “Personal data deletion”.

2. Information to include

To help us locate your data and process your request correctly, please include:

• your first and last name;
• the email address used for your account or orders;
• your phone number, if linked to your profile or orders;
• your order number, if the request concerns a specific purchase;
• any details about which data you want deleted.

3. Data that may be deleted

• user profile data;
• contact details that we are not legally required to keep;
• enquiry history and technical data that no longer need to be retained;
• other personal data that are no longer needed to operate the service.

4. Data we may retain after a request

In some cases, we cannot delete all data immediately or completely if we need to retain it:

• to meet legal obligations;
• for accounting, tax or financial records;
• to verify completed transactions, returns or disputes;
• to maintain security and prevent fraud.

In these cases, processing may be restricted and the data retained only to the extent necessary to meet these obligations.

5. Request processing time

We review data deletion requests within a reasonable time after receiving and verifying them. If necessary, we may ask for additional information to verify your identity and protect your account and personal data from unauthorised deletion.
